Prior to that, they worked at Forrester Research in various roles including Sales Director Benelux, Account Director, and Sr. Account Manager from 2012 to 2015. Jacqueline has also worked at Tieto as a Commercial Executive from March 2011 to September 2012, and as a Managing Partner at B2BAlive from April 2010 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at Forrester Research as a Sr. Account Manager/Teamleader Sales Benelux from March 2007 to April 2010, at Altiris now part of Symantec as a Territory Manager Benelux from 2003 to 2007, and at Sogeti as an Account Manager from May 2002 to October 2003.
Jacqueline de Groen-Lelieveld attended Gymnasium Celeanum for their secondary education. Jacqueline then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. Later, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Japanese Studies from Leiden University, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.
