Wesley Ratliff

Wesley Ratliff is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Sysdig, Wesley is dedicated to ensuring the security and reliability of cloud deployments. Previous positions include Vice President of Sales for the Central US at Okta, where Wesley built the Go-To-Market strategy and sales execution, and Vice President of Sales for the Western US at Forcepoint, where Wesley played a key role during a corporate acquisition. Additional experience includes notable leadership roles at Cohesity, Cleversafe, NetApp, Dell, IBM, and Lockheed Martin, with a strong focus on sales growth and team development. Wesley holds an MS in Software Systems Engineering from Colorado University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
