Miles Brundage

Miles Brundage has worked in various roles focused on AI policy and research, including as Head of Policy Research and Research Scientist at OpenAI since 2018, as an AI Policy Research Fellow at the University of Oxford from 2016 to 2018, and as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University from 2012 to 2016. Miles also worked as a Special Assistant at the U.S. Department of Energy from 2010 to 2012, as well as an intern at both the Alliance for Climate Protection and the White House Council on Environmental Quality in 2009.

From 2006 to 2010, Miles Brundage attended The George Washington University, although the degree and field of study are unknown. From 2012 to 2019, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human and Social Dimensions of Science and Technology at Arizona State University.
