Matthew Gilster, AICP has a diverse range of work experience in the planning and environmental field. Matthew is currently working as the Manager of Implementation – Permitting & Licensing at Euna Solutions, where they oversee the implementation of permitting and licensing processes. Prior to this, Matthew worked at OpenCounter as the Services Manager, where they managed various services and later served as the Services Lead. Matthew also gained experience in web content management as the Web Content Manager for Liquid Website, a web consulting company.

In the public sector, Matthew held the position of Planner III at Sonoma County-Permit Sonoma, where they focused on updating the County General Plan and implementing comprehensive policy efforts. Matthew also worked as a Planner II at the City of Novato, where they reviewed planning applications and managed the implementation of new city programs and policies.
