Namana Ravi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in building engineering teams and recruiting for technical roles across various leading companies. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Opendoor since September 2022, Namana has successfully established engineering teams in India. Previous roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Palo Alto Networks, where Namana specialized in hiring product development engineers and security domain experts, and a similar position at Microsoft focused on high-volume recruitment and stakeholder management.
