Ken Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ken is currently serving as an Engineering Manager at OpenGov Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jama Software from 2013 to 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Engineering Team Lead and Developer, Engineering Technical Lead, and Engineering Manager.

Before joining Jama Software, Ken worked at SeaChange International, which had purchased Flashlight Engineering. Ken's first job was at Gartner, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 1999 to 2005.
