India Metz has been working in the hospitality industry since 1998. India began their career at Buena Visa Hospitality Group as the Rocky Gap Lodge and Golf Resort. In 2000, they moved to Loews Hotels as the Portofino Bay Hotel. In 2004, they joined EZYield, a TravelClick Company, as the Senior Client Support Supervisor. In 2014, they moved to Frontdesk Anywhere as the Strategic Product Development and Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined OpenKey as the Client Success Manager.
India Metz received an Associate of Arts degree in Management from Alleghany College of Maryland between 1990 and 1992.
