Gwen Kuhns

Gwen Kuhns has extensive work experience in the HR field. Gwen is currently employed at OPENLANE as the VP of Talent Management & People Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Allegion, PLC as the Director of HR Operations, where they led a team responsible for global HRIS, global payroll, and HR analytics. Before Allegion, PLC, they served at Roche Diagnostics, holding various roles such as Director of HR Servicing Strategy and Service Management, and Director of HR Systems and Services. Gwen also has past experience at ATA Airlines as a Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR operations, HR technology, payroll strategies, and building strategic relationships with internal and external partners.

Gwen Kuhns holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University Indianapolis.
