Joe Cerri

Joe Cerri has extensive work experience in total rewards and human resources. Joe currently holds the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at OPENLANE since April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from February 2019 to April 2021. Joe also served as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at General Cable from July 2017 to April 2019, and as the Director of Global Total Rewards at General Cable from February 2017 to July 2017. Before that, they held various compensation roles at Whirlpool Corporation from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Compensation Consultant at Humana from 2008 to 2011, and as a Compensation Analyst, Recruiter, and HR Business Partner at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2005 to 2008. Joe started their career as an HR Business Partner and Intern at Honeywell in 2004 and as an HR Coordinator at Western Michigan University in 2003.

Joe Cerri has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Joe also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University.
