Operations Team

The Operations Team at OPENLANE is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the various processes that ensure the efficient functioning of our digital marketplaces for used vehicles. This team manages quality assurance, IT operations, sales coordination, global offshore services, and Canadian operations. Comprised of leaders and managers across multiple functions, the Operations Team is dedicated to streamlining workflows, enhancing operational efficiencies, and driving the success of our OEMs, dealers, fleet operators, rental companies, and financial institutions.
