Charlotte Bossen Nielsen

Charlotte Bossen Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In their current position as the Head of Openli Community at Openli, they are responsible for co-devising and executing the content, events, and positioning strategy for the community. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Openli, where they supported customers and helped develop the foundation for the company's Customer Success team. Outside of Openli, Charlotte has experience as a Mindset Coach & Work-Life Consultant at Charlotte BN Coaching, where they worked with individuals and organizations on people development projects and facilitated workshops. Charlotte also served as a Legal Support Operator at Rigspolitiet, where they provided advice on travel procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, Charlotte founded a shoe freshener company called PIETTO and has worked as a Student Assistant at SFI - The Danish National Centre for Social Research. Charlotte has also held roles as a Research Assistant and Academic Officer at Copenhagen Business School, a Consultant and workshop facilitator at Københavns Kommune, and a Guest Lecturer at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College. Charlotte's earlier experience includes an internship at Professionshøjskolen Metropol, where they were involved in a research project focused on foodscapes as counseling practice. Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated skills in coaching, consultancy, customer success, and research.

In 2003 to 2006, they attended Marie Kruses Skole, where they obtained a Studentereksamen with a focus on Sproglig studentereksamen.

From 2007 to 2009, they were a BA student in Political Science at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.

During 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelors Degree in Global Nutrition & Health at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College.

Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, Charlotte Bossen Nielsen attended Roskilde University, where they earned an MSc in Social Sciences (cand.soc). Their studies at Roskilde University focused on Worklife Studies and Health Promotion & Health Strategies.

In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Business Coaching in March 2008 from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
