Celia de la Torre has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Celia began their career in 2000 as an Office Administrator at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, where they managed agendas, travel arrangements, and correspondence. In 2004, they moved to Kenyon & Kenyon as a Human Resources Administrator, where they assisted with the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions. In 2015, Celia took on the role of Human Resources and Operations Manager at Strategic Results. In 2017, they became the Talent Management Director at DSFederal, Inc, where they were responsible for the Human Resources function. Finally, in 2020, Celia took on the role of Human Resources Director at Dignari, LLC, where they provided strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function.

Celia de la Torre obtained their High School Diploma from Bishop O'Connell High School in 1995-1995. Celia then attended George Mason University from 1995-1999, earning a B.S. in Biology/Anthropology. In 2008-2010, they attended Marymount University and earned a Master in Human Resource Management, and also obtained an Organizational Development certification from Marymount University in May 2011.
