Charles Freitas

Charles Freitas is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, team leadership, and application deployment. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Infrastructure at Openly since December 2022, Charles has previously held senior engineering management roles at a stealth startup and Gatsby, where Charles led efforts to develop effective hosting solutions. Charles has also managed database reliability and developer experience teams at Outreach, spearheaded cloud infrastructure initiatives at Auth0, and contributed to cutting-edge cloud application deployment technologies at InVision. With additional experience as a senior software engineer across companies like HTC, Kombi Corp, REI, and AIM Consulting Group, Charles possesses a wealth of expertise in software engineering, cloud development, and team collaboration.
