Ken Voong has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Ken began their career in 2007 as a Sales Assistant at H&M. After that, they worked as a Sales Promoter for Samsung S4 at Blue Square Marketing, and as a Consultant for Mars Confectionery at CPM UK. In 2013, they joined infinite Group as a Brand Promoter and later worked as a Business Development Executive at Philip Morris International. In 2017, Ken worked as a Territory Development Manager at SMKD and then joined Ted Staffing as a Staff Booker and later became the Head Staff Booker. In 2019, they worked as a Junior Account Manager at SettleGo before transitioning to OpenPayd, where they held multiple roles such as Junior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager.

Ken Voong attended City and Islington College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a BTEC Business Studies National Diploma Level 3. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Westminster from 2009 to 2013, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Studies. The field of study for both degrees is unspecified.
