Lucian Qin

Lucian Qin has worked as a Frontend Software Developer for OpenSolar since 2022, where they are responsible for developing the web and mobile app. Lucian also writes automation E2E tests by using Cypress to test user flows, and builds types of graphs by using ChartistJS to present multiple types of data such as energy usage and cash flow and generating the graphs to pdf file. Additionally, Lucian Qin has been a Frontend Web Developer for Reesby since 2022. In this role, they develop the CRM system and works in a scrum team with full-stack developers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and data engineers. Lucian Qin also participates in the agile team workflow including Daily Standup meeting, Sprint Planning, Refinement meeting, and Sprint Retrospective meeting.

Lucian Qin obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Melbourne in 2021. Lucian also holds a certification in Ethical Leadership from the NASBA Center for the Public Trust, which they obtained in October 2018.
