Kenny Keesee has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kenny started their career in the US Army as an Airborne Infantry Soldier, serving in Iraq and multiple stations in the USA from 1999 to 2007. Following their military service, Kenny worked as an Assistant Program Manager at ACCENT Marketing, leading a team of 30 employees and gaining experience in multiple business verticals. Kenny then joined APAC Customer Service as an Operations Manager, overseeing customer service operations for Fortune 50 companies and strengthening workforce planning and overall business direction. Kenny later worked at AT&T as a Vendor Manager, managing outsourced contact centers and maintaining strategic partner relationships. Most recently, they have been with OpenTable, starting as an SR Support Manager and being responsible for team development and business KPIs. Kenny then progressed to become a Director of Customer Support for North America/APAC, achieving operational success with support teams and managing partner relationships. Currently, Kenny serves as the Head of Customer Support - Sr Director at OpenTable, where they oversee the global customer support department, develops strategy, and collaborates cross-functionally with other teams to enhance employee and customer experiences.

Kenny also attended Elkton High from 1995 to 1999, receiving a General degree with a focus on General studies.
