Pooja Patil currently serves as a Recruitment Specialist at OpenTalent since January 2023. Previously, Pooja held the position of Human Resources Operations Coordinator at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2018 to January 2023 and worked as an HR Executive at Xstreem Organization for a brief period in 2017. Pooja earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from G.H. Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Management in Jalgaon, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from GF's Godavari College of Engineering, graduating in 2014. Additionally, Pooja attended Rustomjee International School.
