Hoàng Trung has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Hoàng most recently worked as the Chief Digital Officer at VSC since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the CTO at IDAE GROUP starting in 2016. In 2015, they worked at OpenWay as the Regional Business Development Director, where they were responsible for promoting and implementing WAY4 software solutions for banks and payment service providers. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Head of IT at FPT Education Group. In the years prior, they held positions such as IT Operations Manager at the Institute of Business Administration FSB from 2012 to 2014, Visiting Professor at NetPro Group IT Solutions & Education from 2008 to 2014, IT System Administrator at FPT University from 2006 to 2008, IT Specialist at FPT Corporation from 2006 to 2008, IT Technician at NetNam Corporation from 2004 to 2005, and IT Technician at T&V company from 2004 to 2004. Throughout their career, Hoàng Trung has demonstrated expertise in IT management, business development, and teaching.

Hoàng Trung obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Moscow Institute of Aviation Technology (MATI) from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from FEMBA.
