Martin Nugroho

Martin Nugroho has a range of experience in the IT field, with their most recent role being the Head of the Application Development Team at OpenWay. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Bank OCBC NISP, where they held various positions including SAVP and AVP of IT Card & Payment Systems, Head of IT Channeling Business Solution Technology, System Analyst Manager, and IT Software Engineer. In these roles, Martin was responsible for overseeing IT development teams, managing project timelines and budgets, handling production support and defect handling, and implementing quality improvement measures. Martin also played a key role in designing solutions, identifying risks, and mitigating them. Martin's expertise lies in Debit and Credit Card Systems, Switching, Electronic Delivery Channels, and related subsystems.

Martin Nugroho obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in 2012. In addition, Martin obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in January 2020 and Manajemen Resiko Perbankan level 3 from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan in February 2014.
