Gavin Wood

Gavin Wood serves as the Director of STEM at Operation Breakthrough, where innovative curriculum design for the Ignition Lab has been developed in collaboration with Travis Kelce's foundation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Iterate Innovations, Gavin leads efforts in instructional design and curriculum development focused on STEM education and assistive technology. Previously, as the Founding Director of the STEAM Program at The Barstow School, Gavin implemented award-winning curricula and led a championship-level robotics team to multiple FIRST World Championships. With a solid foundation in education and curriculum development spanning over 20 years, including roles as a teacher and administrator, Gavin has a Master’s degree in Education and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Marketing.
