Haley Payne

Haley Payne is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in project management and organizational performance management. Since April 2008, Haley has held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Operation Kindness, following a progression through roles including Director of Human Resources and Performance Management. Prior to this, Haley served as Integrated Services Director and HR Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction from January 2006 to April 2008, and gained foundational experience as an HR Generalist at Sigma Global Corp from 2003 to 2005. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
