Nicole Estor has over 11 years of work experience in various HR and People & Culture roles. Nicole is currently the Head of People & Culture at Operations1, a leading software provider for digital work instructions. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People & Culture at bellavia, a fast-growing online beauty Start-Up, and at fitvia, a leading brand for fitness food in Europe. Nicole also has experience as the Head of Human Resources at Shopgate GmbH and worked as an IT Recruiter at Personalberatung OPITZ GmbH. Nicole began their career as an HR Assistant at Lotum GmbH.

Nicole Estor began their education journey in 2008 when they enrolled at Hochschule Fresenius. Nicole successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology in 2011. After that, they pursued further education at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2011 to 2013. During this period, Nicole obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources.
