Christian Young

Christian Young has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Christian currently holds the position of Head of Product Design at Operative, where they manage a team and leads initiatives to improve the user experience, incorporating WCAG accessibility standards and innovative AI and Machine Learning efforts.

Prior to this, Christian held the role of Director of Product Design at DigitalOcean, where they managed a team and implemented design strategies to improve product quality and accelerate time to market.
