Holly Rae

Holly Rae has extensive work experience in the field of product development and research analysis. Holly'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Product Development at Operative since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, Product TV Platform at both Microsoft from June to December 2022 and Xandr from October 2019 to September 2022. Holly also held various roles at clypd, inc. from September 2015 to October 2019, including Vice President, Product and Principal Product Manager. From February 2012 to September 2015, they served as the Product Director, Advertising Effectiveness Solutions at Millward Brown Digital. Before that, Holly worked as a Senior Associate, Online Media and Search at Compete, Inc. from May 2010 to February 2012. Holly began their career as a Research Analyst at Court TV in August 2004 and later worked at IAG Research as a Research Analyst from July 2006 to July 2007. Overall, Holly has a diverse background in product development, research analysis, and advertising effectiveness across multiple industries.

Holly Rae holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Holly also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northeastern University. Additionally, Holly has obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2023.
