Jeff Kamen

Jeff Kamen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jeff is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Operative, where they are responsible for building and scaling recruiting processes. Prior to Operative, they worked as the Head of Recruiting at AdMedi Recruiting from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Omnicom Health Group from 2016 to 2019, where they established talent acquisition for a healthcare advertising agency. Jeff also worked as the Global Head of Recruiting and later as the Director of Recruiting, North America at Trustpilot from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Zocdoc, YouVisit, Lifetopia, Intrax, and Camp America, where they gained experience in executive recruitment, business development, and international recruitment.

Jeff Kamen has a Bachelor's degree from Brandeis University, where they majored in Political Science and minored in Journalism. Jeff also holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Change Management from New York University. In addition, they studied abroad at the University of Westminster for a brief period.
