Prateek Nellikunja

Prateek Nellikunja is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Operative since June 2018, Prateek has also held various roles including Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer. Prior to Operative, Prateek was a Principal Consultant at CDK Global and a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Ness Technologies, where involvement included hands-on software development with Java and design of J2EE back-end infrastructure. Additional experience includes positions at Genisys Software, MindTree, and iGATE Global Solutions, reflecting a strong background in technical leadership and software engineering. Prateek holds a B.E in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
