Kathleen Lord

Kathleen Lord is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and customer success across various technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Zensai since July 2024, Kathleen is instrumental in promoting the Human Success revolution via a learning and engagement platform integrated with Microsoft 365 and Teams. As an Advisor at Sendoso, Kathleen focuses on enhancing customer engagement across marketing, sales, and customer experience teams. Previously, Kathleen held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at 1WorldSync and Skilljar, where contributions included streamlining content distribution and enhancing customer onboarding. Kathleen's earlier leadership roles include GM/SVP at Sage Intacct and Senior Manager at Proofpoint, alongside active participation as a Limited Partner at Operator Collective and a Guest Speaker at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
