Lorena Méndez's work experience began in 2018 as a Responsible for Sales and Marketing at endel. Lorena then moved on to DF - Duro Felguera, where they worked as an Intern from August to December 2019. Lorena Méndez joined Zapiens in December 2019, taking on various roles including Customer Success - Knowledge Manager & Content Creator, Marketing Assistant, and finally Customer Experience Manager from June 2020 to March 2021. Currently, Lorena Méndez is working at OPINATOR as a Customer Success Manager since February 2022.

Lorena Méndez attended Universidad de Oviedo from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Comercio y marketing with a focus on Gestión comercial. Lorena also spent a year at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2016 to 2017 to complete their Grado, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.

In August 2019, Lorena Méndez obtained a certification in Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google Actívate.
