Mariana Durán has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Mariana started their career at CAEMSA SA DE CV in 2007 as an Account Executive, where they evaluated the quality of service for automotive accounts and participated in recruitment processes.

In 2008, they joined ILSP Global Seguridad Privada as a Commercial Strategy Coordinator, where they played a key role in managing relationships with high-profile business partners and overseeing complaint resolution and operational protocol development.

From 2010 to 2014, Mariana worked at Ravisa México, S.C. as a Sales Administrator and Public Relations, analyzing sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships through a CRM system.

In 2014, they embarked on their own entrepreneurial venture with I Pet You, where they handled various responsibilities, including the commercialization of annual memberships, managing social media accounts, tax control, and invoicing.

From 2015 to 2019, Mariana worked at BARE International as a Business Development & Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for business development and establishing the local operative office. Currently, Mariana is working at OPINATOR since 2019, initially as a Project Manager and now as a Team Leader, Customer Services. In their role, they focus on implementing CX management programs that enable customers to create intelligent and engaging interactions with their clients.
