Bethany Bosso

Bethany Bosso currently serves as the Director of Provider Success at Rula and is a member of the Women of Customer Success initiative. Since July 2021, Bethany has held multiple leadership roles at Opportunity@Work, including Senior Director of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Success, while also contributing as a STARs Advisory Council Member. Prior experience includes the role of VP of Customer Success at INFOCU5 from October 2018 to July 2021, Head of Client Management at Triangle Media Corp from August 2015 to July 2018, and Sr Client Manager at the Federal Association Of Financial Services from November 2010 to June 2015.
