Sean MacMillan

Sean MacMillan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sean is currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at OpSec Security since 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Fortis Fitness, Inc in 2019 and held the role of Co-Founder until 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Bodybuilding.com, where they held multiple leadership positions, including VP of Product Operations & Program Management, VP of Business & eCommerce Operations, and Sr. Director of Business Operations. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked at Micron Technology as a Sr. Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Operations Manager. In 2014, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at ON Semiconductor. From 2011 to 2013, they held the role of Strategic Planning Analyst at Micron Technology. Prior to that, they worked at Intel Corporation from 2008 to 2011, holding positions as a Business Analyst and a New Product Planner. Sean'searly career includes roles at Boeing as an Obsolescence Management Supply Chain Specialist and at Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Technician. Before starting their career in the technology industry, they served as a Warehouse Supervisor at BAX Global.

Sean MacMillan completed a Master of Professional Studies in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University in 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain & Information Systems from the same institution in 2008. Sean also holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Economics & Psychology, which they earned from Arizona State University in 2007. In addition to these degrees, Sean MacMillan has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst Level I Exam from the CFA Institute in 2013. Sean has also obtained certifications from APICS The Association for Operations Management in Production & Inventory Management and from the Project Management Institute as a Certified Associate in Project Management, both in 2008.
