Thoang Thieu

Thoang Thieu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They most recently worked as the HR Director, APAC at OPSWAT starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG Vietnam where they held the positions of Director - People, Performance & Culture from October 2021 to February 2022, and Senior Manager - People, Performance & Culture from July 2018 to September 2021. Thoang also worked at B+H Architects as the HR & Ops Manager for Vietnam & Singapore from March 2017 to July 2018. They have also held roles at KPMG Viet Nam as the Manager - People, Performance & Culture from January 2016 to March 2017, and at Glandore Systems and vSource.io as the Head of HR from September 2013 to August 2015. Their earlier experience includes working as the HR Manager at VinaProjects from January 2010 to June 2013, the HR Supervisor at Avery Dennison from July 2008 to December 2009, the Office Administrator and MarCom Executive at BlueScope Steel from April 2006 to July 2008, and the HR Officer at Theodore Alexander from May 2003 to April 2006.

Thoang Thieu completed a BA in Linguistics from HUFLIT University between 1998 and 2003. Later, Thoang pursued an Executive MBA in Management Consulting International through the TNE program between the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and the HCM Bach Khoa University from 2012 to 2014.
