Shrinivas Ramanujan

Shrinivas Ramanujan – affectionately known as Rama, is a highly motivated, self-directed professional with more than 20 years of experience successfully leading and managing high-performance teams that ensures exceptional service delivery through efficient implementation of technology and process.

Rama currently serves as SVP – Global Delivery and Program Management at Opteamix. He strongly believes that greatness and success can be achieved by ensuring client delight and by simply developing a consciousness towards time and quality. His demonstrated business relationship skills, knowledge of the business process, and the ability to develop and execute strategy into robust business applications have made him an integral part of operations at Opteamix.

Before Opteamix, Rama was a Delivery Director with CIBER, where he played a pivotal role in managing their West Coast clients in the US, as well as establishing agile methodology as part of IT service delivery. Earlier in his career, Rama worked with companies such as Wipro, Siemens, Hexaware, and Aptech in critical roles.

Rama is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner, and Agile Practice Lead. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (Raipur, India) and an MBA degree from TAPMI – TA Pai Management Institute (Manipal, India).
