Richard Damon

Richard Damon has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Richard started their career at IMEC Inc as an Electrical Engineer from May 1982 to May 1983. Richard then joined Beltronics, Inc as a Senior Electrical Engineer from May 1983 to November 2005. Currently, they are working at Optics 1, where they began as a Principle Electrical Engineer in February 2007 and is currently serving as the Chief Electrical Engineer since January 2023.

Richard Damon attended The Ohio State University from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1982. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE, EE) with a focus on the same field of study.
