Ella Fielding

Ella Fielding is currently working at Optimal Workshop as a Product Lead, Strategy Manager, CX Strategist, and User Experience Researcher. Prior to that, Ella was at Alphero as an Experience Researcher and Test Analyst. Before their corporate roles, Ella worked as a Supervisor at Karori West Normal School O.S.C.A.R. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and German from Victoria University of Wellington and is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Strategy and Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
