Mikayla Misiak

Mikayla Misiak is currently an Ecological Monitoring Intern at the University of Michigan, where responsibilities include maintaining and preserving natural environments through ecological assessments and monitoring techniques, focusing on fieldwork, research, and data analysis. Additionally, Mikayla serves as the Design Lead for optiMize, collaborating with teams to plan, market, and facilitate events aimed at promoting social innovation and justice within the community. Mikayla is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in April 2025.
