Dawn Chappell

Dawn Chappell is an experienced accounting and order management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Order Management at Optimizely since October 2014, Dawn has successfully expanded the global team to over 15 members across multiple countries and played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency through the migration to NetSuite Suite Billing. Prior roles at Optimizely included managing a global team, supervising order renewals, and streamlining revenue recognition processes. Previous experience includes positions at Outpost International as a Senior Accountant and GT Advanced Technologies as a General Accounting Supervisor, where Dawn managed financial reporting and payroll operations.
