Adi Zamir

Adi Zamir has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2009, Adi worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Atid - Human Resources, specializing in recruiting candidates for Sales and Customer Service positions. From 2012 to 2014, Adi worked as a Tech Recruiter for Matrix, managing the end-to-end recruiting process for technological positions. Adi then joined Scientra as an HR Manager from 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included recruitment and managing partnerships with academic institutions. From 2017 to 2020, Adi worked as an HR Manager for Chorus.ai, focusing on employee lifecycle management and maintaining a healthy company culture. Currently, Adi holds the position of Human Resources Director at Optimove, a global marketing tech company.

Adi Zamir completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in the years 2007 to 2010. Later on, Adi pursued a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution & Mediation from Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2013.
