Sharon Hanna has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sharon started their career in 2003 as a Sales consultant at Next PLC and worked there until 2007. Sharon then joined SGB by BrandSafway (UK) as a Credit Controller from 2007 to 2008. After that, they joined BELFOR-Relectronic (UK) Ltd as a Credit Controller from 2008 to 2013. Sharon then became a Team leader in the same company from 2013 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been working at Optimus Cards Group, initially as an Assistant Call center Manager and currently as a Business Analyst.

Sharon Hanna attended South Staffordshire College from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Sharon did not obtain a degree during this time.
