At Option Care Health, Roman is currently serving as the SVP of Strategy & Program Development. Roman is responsible for leading corporate and growth strategy, new program development, and growth businesses for the nation's largest independent provider of home and alternate site infusion services.

Prior to this role, Roman worked at Evernorth, where they held multiple positions. Roman served as the Chief Strategy and Product Officer of Care at Home, overseeing business and growth strategy as well as products and services for a multi-billion dollar home and virtual care business. Roman also worked as the VP of Go-to-Market and Strategic Growth at CareAllies and as the VP of Strategy and Development at Alegis Care.

Before joining Evernorth, Roman worked at North Highland as the National Healthcare Consumer Growth Lead and the Strategy Principal and East US Health Insurance Practice Lead. Roman was responsible for leading payor-focused consulting business, driving strategy, product, growth, and delivery management.

Earlier in their career, Roman worked at EpiCentric Consulting, LLC as a Managing Consultant and National Business Development Lead. Roman also has experience as a Client Advisor and Analyst at Sonic Automotive, an Athletics Coach at Middle Tennessee State University, and as the Chairman of the Youth Advisory Board at First Priority Credit Union.

Roman Fry attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a North Highland Success Makers (Consulting Tailored MBA Certificate Program) in Organizational Leadership. Roman completed their undergraduate studies at Clemson University from 2002 to 2006, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology & Human Resource Development. Prior to their university education, Roman Fry attended Ironton High School from 1999 to 2002. In 2017, they also obtained a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification from the Business Relationship Management Institute.
