Will Hauxwell

Will Hauxwell is Executive Director and head of Options Group’s Middle East Executive Search and Strategic Consulting practice. Will joined Options Group through the firm's acquisition of Octavian Partners, an executive search firm he founded in 2011, based in Dubai and focused on financial services in frontier and emerging markets. Will’s coverage includes asset management, private equity, investment banking and private banking across the MENA region, at senior and C-level.

Will began his career working in financial markets in London, moving to the Middle East in 2005. He graduated in History from the University of Warwick in 2001.
