Amy Jarrett, M.Ed.

Amy Jarrett, M.Ed. has a diverse work history with extensive experience in operations, account management, and leadership roles. Amy currently serves as the Operations Director at Optios since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Doctoral Student at Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2018. Amy also held positions at Contact At Once! a LIVEPERSON Company, Apartment List, RentAdvisor, AtHomeNet, Curtis 1000, NCI, RentPath (formerly ApartmentGuide.com), and Blue Mountain Wallcoverings, where they gained experience in various roles such as Sr. Account Team Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Director of Operations, Production/Graphics Manager, Estimator, Production Analyst Assistant, and Support Manager. Amy has a strong background in customer satisfaction, revenue growth, account implementation and management, as well as experience in website development, sales and marketing coordination, and promotional activities.

Amy Jarrett, M.Ed. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Point University. Amy further pursued their education at Brenau University, where they obtained their M.Ed. in Education. Amy then enrolled at Grand Canyon University in 2017 and is currently working towards completing their Doctor of Education - EdD degree with a focus on High Education.
