Romel Tomasian has diverse work experience in the technology industry. Romel first worked at Atlona, starting as a QA/QC Engineer in November 2009 and transitioning to the role of Service Manager in June 2013. Romel held the position of Service Manager at Atlona until March 2021, gaining expertise in managing customer service operations. During their time at Atlona, they also served as a Senior Technical Services Manager at Optoma Technology from March 2021 to September 2022. Currently, Romel Tomasian holds the position of Director of Customer Service at Optoma Technology since October 2022.

Romel Tomasian began their education by attending De Anza College from 2010 to 2013. Romel obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on Liberal Arts-Science, Math & Engineering. After completing their degree at De Anza College, Romel Tomasian enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Romel Tomasian obtained several certifications.
