Ann Henning Sphr

Ann Henning SPHR, SCP is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Senior Director of People at Optum since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ann held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at CareMount Medical from October 2013 to September 2022 and worked as an Adjunct Professor at Pace University's Lubin School of Business from September 2013 to August 2023. Ann's career began at Sprint, where various roles included HR Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources from 1995 to October 2013. Ann holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Mercy University and has completed several certifications in strategic human resource management and employee relations from Pace University and Cornell University, respectively. Ann also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.
