Cindy Hughes Anliker, MS, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in population management and communications. Currently serving as Regional Vice President for Optum Full Population Management in North Carolina and South Carolina, Cindy has previously held leadership roles such as Market Vice President and Product Director for Dual Special Needs Plans at UnitedHealthcare. Additionally, positions including Associate Director of Marketing/Communications at UnitedHealthcare and Provider Communications Consultant at AmeriHealth Caritas highlight Cindy's expertise in healthcare communications. Cindy also has a background in arts-based communication as Communications Manager/Publicist for Des Moines Performing Arts and a Communications Consultant at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
