Erica Barczak

Erica Barczak is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and systems analysis. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Optum since July 2015, Erica has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at the same company and Manager of Application Development at Catamaran. Prior experience includes positions at Catalyst Rx and Walgreens Health Services, focusing on systems analysis and application development. Erica's foundational experience began at RCG Information Technology as a Senior Consultant and at Allstate Insurance Company as an Applications Specialist. Erica holds an Associate of Science degree from McHenry County College and has pursued studies in Computer Information Systems and Medical Office Management.
