Gwen Ford

Gwen Ford has over two decades of experience in healthcare management and provider relations. Currently serving as Manager of Provider Partnerships ABA/Provider Relations Behavioral Health at Optum since October 2019, Gwen is responsible for managing provider relations within Optum’s Behavioral Health, focusing on provider analysis and service enhancements. Prior roles include Senior Director of Genesis HealthCare Physician Services for the East Division, Business Development at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and Network Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Evercare/United Health Care. Additionally, Gwen contributed to Medicare Advantage Program development and operational strategies while at Bravo Health and held a marketing and operational director position at Morning Side House Assisted Living.
