Joe Pennell

Joe Pennell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and service management. Currently serving as a Senior IO Engineer at Optum and a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Landmark Health, Joe has previously held significant roles at Goldman Sachs and IBM, where achievements included leading complex IT architectural initiatives for major clients such as The Coca Cola Company and Discover Financial Services. Joe's volunteer efforts include leadership positions at the Disabled American Veterans Department of New York and participation in the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce's Veterans Business Council. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Craft Beer Brewing from SUNY Schenectady County Community College, Joe combines technical expertise with a commitment to veteran services and community engagement.
