Samantha Lilly

Samantha Lilly has seven years of work experience, beginning in 2014. Samantha started as a Graphic Design Intern at Graphic Solutions, where they created graphics for custom screen-printed apparel. In 2015, they held two roles: an Industrial Engineer at The Old Wood Co, where they produced 3D CAD Models and Detail Drawings, and a Hospitality Specialist at CID Entertainment, where they provided guests with the ultimate VIP experience for events and concerts. In 2017, they founded and owned SL THREADS, a winter apparel and clothing company. From 2021 to 2022, they held two Software Engineer roles: one at App Academy, where they delivered lectures, guided students through projects, and mentored junior staff members, and one at TapGoods, where they built and tested features for internal applications. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Opus Training.

Samantha Lilly attended Appalachian State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design. Samantha is currently attending App Academy in 2021 to pursue a Computer Software Engineering degree.
