Katherine Blacklock is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager - People & Culture at Ora Banda Mining Ltd since January 2023, Katherine previously held positions such as Principal Consultant at HRwise, where innovative employee solutions were developed, and General Manager - People & Learning at Macmahon, overseeing human resources functions during significant organizational growth.
